Dennis Quaid Is A Hitman Fighting Crime From A Flower Shop In The Florist

Dennis Quaid is trading bouquets for bullets in his new action movie, The Florist, hitting theaters October 9. Quaid plays a meticulous hitman who hides in plain sight by running a quiet neighborhood flower shop. His peaceful cover gets blown when a teenage runaway, played by Sky Katz, shows up claiming she witnessed something terrible. She basically asks, “How are you going to protect me? You own a flower shop.” Quaid’s response: “Trust me.” And apparently, she does—because the movie quickly turns into shootouts, explosions and Quaid taking on a drug cartel and corrupt cops while protecting the girl. The movie is directed by Babak Najafi, who also directed London Has Fallen, and co-stars Jean Reno.
