Four women have come forward with allegations of criminal sexual conduct against actor and musician Jared Leto, claiming the incidents occurred when they were all teenagers. Their accounts appear in the BBC’s new documentary Jared Leto: Hollywood’s Dark Secret, which features testimony from 10 women, nine of whom are speaking publicly for the first time about alleged encounters spanning 2002 to 2016. The BBC says Leto did not respond to repeated requests for comment. Beyond these four criminal allegations, several other women describe inappropriate or sexual phone calls from Leto when they were minors. The documentary also includes accounts from women who say Leto behaved inappropriately at concerts and fan events. One woman, identified as Taylor, says she met Leto at age 14 during a Thirty Seconds to Mars meet?and?greet in 2005. She claims he signed her shirt across her chest and commented on her “rack,” then attempted to have a bodyguard take her backstage. When her mother confronted him, Taylor says Leto repeated the comment dismissively.
