Henson — normally a regular attendee — skipped this year, as did Zendaya, Bella Hadid, and Ariana Grande, though their reasons weren’t confirmed. New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani also declined to attend, citing affordability concerns. Meanwhile, an activist group called Everyone Hates Elon staged a protest by placing nearly 300 bottles of fake urine inside the Met, referencing allegations that Amazon drivers are forced to relieve themselves in containers.
