Ben Affleck is back behind and in front of the camera for Animals, a new Netflix thriller that just released its first teaser trailer. Affleck co-wrote, directed and stars as a Los Angeles mayoral candidate whose son is kidnapped. The film follows Affleck's character and his wife, played by Kerry Washington, as they race to pay a ransom while becoming entangled in deception and facing choices that could destroy their family. The cast also includes Gillian Anderson, Steven Yeun, Luis Gerardo Méndez and Adriana Paz. Animals is set to premiere on Netflix later this year.
