Daryl Hall just revealed that he recently underwent a successful kidney transplant using an organ donated by a living donor. The 79-year-old singer shared the news on Instagram, thanking the "very kind and generous" donor and saying the surgery took place a couple of weeks ago. Hall says he's already feeling better and expects to be back performing and filming new episodes of Daryl's House within a few months. Hall has battled Lyme disease since being diagnosed in 2006, a condition that forced him to cancel concerts and has caused ongoing health issues over the years.
