Water Pump Station Work Begins Oct. 10 in Prince Frederick

The Calvert County Department of Public Works, Water & Sewerage Division, advises residents and businesses that crews will be performing water pump station upgrades at the Calvert County Industrial Park in Prince Frederick. Work is scheduled to begin Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, at 8 a.m. and continue through Tuesday, Oct. 13, at 4 p.m., weather permitting.

There should be no disruption to water service. However, customers are asked to conserve as much water as possible during the work.

The bulk water hydrants in the industrial park will be out of service during this time. Bulk water haulers will be able to use two hydrants that will be clearly marked on Prince Frederick Boulevard, just south of Stoakley Road.

The department appreciates the public’s patience during this project. For questions or concerns, call 410-535-1600, ext. 2329.
