Simon was charged with 4th degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. On October 9, the courts ordered Simon could be released from the Charles County Detention Center on electronic monitoring. The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone who may have information regarding these incidents or believes they may have been a victim is encouraged to contact Detective Bagwell at 301-609-6501.
