Starting on Wednesday March 21st.  Ripley will announce a "Phrase That Pays" over the air for that day.  The "Phrase That Pays" will always be announced during the commercial breaks, so make sure you pay close attention when commercials are playing. The "Phrase That Pays" will be announced at least once before Ripley's show and once in the early part of his show.

Then during Ripley's show, 3p - 7p qualifiers will be drawn at random. Ripley will call those qualifiers on the phone, if they answer the phone and know the "Phrase That Pays" for that day, they win a pair of tickets to see Van Halen in concert.
